I’ll admit that I’m easily influenced by people reviewing products on the the Internet. I very much enjoy learning about what other women (notably moms) purchase for themselves, their families and their homes. So with that in mind, I wanted to start this fun monthly series to share what items I’m planning to add to my cart and how I plan to use them.

- Pink Striped Pajamas — For most of my teenage and adult life, I’ve been the type of girl who sleeps in old t-shirts (old school shirts, my husbands t-shirts he no longer wears or outgrew, etc.) and random comfy shorts or pants. However, as I’m getting older I’m finding that I love changing into a cute pajama set before hopping into bed. I think this cute pink set from Old Navy is a fun transition set for summer to fall and the fabric looks so comfy cozy!
- Cocokind Lippies — I’ve recently become a big fan of the Cocokind brand after trying out some of their skincare products. I love how it’s a cleaner brand, which I’m trying to slowly switch over to. These were actually shown on several TikTok videos I’ve seen so have been on my radar for a while. I’m excited to give these a try!
- Cocokind Magnesium Facial Spray — This was a recent release (and only available at Ulta!) that has been in and out of stock as I’ve kept an eye on it. Everything I’ve read (and seen on TikTok) has said this is amazing to spray on your face throughout the day — the perfect way to keep your skin hydrated with the added benefit of magnesium. I’ll keep mine on my work desk for a quick, refreshing spritz throughout the work day.
- Velvet Hangers — Such a random add, but Ivy’s at the point where she’s growing out of the kids hangers and needs to switch to the adult size. I’ve always just used these plastic hangers from Target but decided I’m going to upgrade myself to some nicer ones and will give the plastic ones to Ivy. This 50-pack from Sam’s Club was the best deal I found — less than $12 for the set!
- Toddler Football Boys PJs — Football season is almost upon us (yay!!) and my little man is in need of some new PJs so this 4-piece set was a no-brainer! I love the colors and simplicity of this set and how they can mix-matched together — perfect for fall.
- Instax Mini Magnetic Photo Frames — I’ve made a Back to School basket for Ivy since she started preschool and will continue the tradition again. For this year’s basket, I’ve been trying to think of fun things to get her that wouldn’t just end up scattered all over the house. I think these would a fun add to hang in her locker with photos of our family and her friends.
- Cute Pencil Case — OK, so my vision isn’t to actually use this for a pencil case but for a little toiletries case that I’ll also include in Ivy’s BTS basket. I’m planning to get some cute patches or stickers to put on the case and fill it with some everyday essentials she can keep in her backpack or her locker (think a mini lotion, hand sanitizer, extra hair ties, lip balm, etc.). Be sure to check back for the final reveal.
- Clay Bead Set — One of my best friends and I are trying to help our daughters figure out different ways they can earn money (i.e., trying to encourage them to be budding entrepreneurs). One of the ideas we came up with included these clay beads (not just used for bracelets!). I love the muted colors of this set.
- Letter Bead Set — These pair with clay bead set above and used for the same project. The black and gold letters are just a whole vibe.
